*Buy yourself a notebook, and try & write down everything about your hospital stay.

*Take pictures.

*Ask questions.

*Communicate.

*Ask friends and family for help - if and when it is needed.

*Rest, if and when you can.

*Try and sit down to eat a proper meal.

*Drink plenty of water.
